Best Western Premier Hotel is a 5-Star upscale Hotel, part of Best Western Group, an International Hotel Chain, located In front   INSA Wollo Sefer area, about 3 km away from Bole International Airport. The hotel is looking for qualified candidates for the following positions.  

Requirements

• Accurately recording all financial transactions and maintaining detailed financial records and ledgers. 

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. 

• Ensuring financial records and processes comply with company, local, state, and federal laws and regulations, often performing internal audits. 

• Computing taxes, preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses, and providing strategies to minimize tax liability legally. 

• Developing and monitoring budgets and preparing financial forecasts to guide management in strategic planning. 

• Managing payroll functions, including processing payments, and handling accounts payable and receivable. 

• Investigating and resolving discrepancies found in financial records and statements. 

• Analyzing financial operations to identify risks, suggesting ways to improve profitability, and advising management on financial strategies. 

• Preparing accounts and tax returns.

• Auditing financial information.

• Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements.

• Analyzing business plans.

• Providing tax-planning services based on current legislation.

• Financial forecasting and risk analysis.

  Qualification

• The ability to interpret financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. 

• Meticulous care in tracking and recording financial information to ensure accuracy. 

• Familiarity with accounting software and systems to manage financial data efficiently. 

• Effectively presenting financial data and recommendations to management, investors, and other stakeholders. 

• The ability to resolve discrepancies and find solutions to financial challenges.
