Full timeMain Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan the method improvement and standardization program
Every week need to check particular line’s capacity
Every week need to do operators multiskilling and keep proper record.
Follow up all machines layout before one particular style start in production with all relevant departments.
Set up and sustain the workplace arrangement as per world class standards.
Need to prepare incentive of employees properly and on time.
Maintain for AB% and LTO% of the area below 4%.
Daily on timeline balancing need to maintain.
Need to make sure present carder is tallying with the system carder.
Need to monitor every week line capacity and efficiency.
Need to perform bottle neck operation and improve line capacity.
Pre-plan on time operator’s replacement whenever required.
Resign replacement need to request and need to support the operator to come to the required level.
Identify low performance operators and give separate training and work for their improvement.
Properly need to prepare incentive amount of each line based on their daily system claim earning.
Set up and sustain world best practice in the production area such as 5’s, Kaizen, lean concepts, ISO Method & Standardization.
