About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our growing team. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and helping the company achieve its sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and the drive to exceed performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers.
- Achieve the minimum monthly target of 300 cartons.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and team activities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 5,000 – 8,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Commission:
- No commission on the first 300 cartons sold.
- Commission of 0.15% (0.0015) on sales revenue exceeding 300 cartons.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (FMCG, wholesale, or related industry preferred).
- Expriance minimum of 0 years expriance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
