Job Title: Family Driver (Female)

Location: Addis Ababa around Mekanissa

Salary: Net 10,000 ETB per month

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: Mostly half-day availability, with flexibility to work full days from time to time when required

Saturday: Rarely, on demand only

Sunday: Off day

Job Purpose

We are looking for a reliable, calm, and trustworthy female driver to support our household (parents, children, and grandparents) with safe and timely transportation as well as light family errands. The driver will use the family’s cars and contribute to the comfort and mobility of all family members.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive family members, especially children, to and from school and activities
• Provide transportation for parents and grandparents to appointments, shopping, or family visits
• Run daily small groceries (bread, milk etc…)
• Run occasional errands (deliveries and pickups, administrative tasks, groceries etc.) as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of family cars and promptly report any technical/mechanical issues
• Ensure punctuality, reliability, and flexibility with changing schedules

Requirements

• Valid driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Previous experience as a family driver is an advantage
• Calm, respectful, and family-oriented personality
• Ability to follow instructions and accept authority without difficulty
• Basic English conversation skills
