Our digital platform facilitates connections between buyers, tenants, and property owners, banks and other concerned government bodies. As we expand, we are looking for an Real Estate Agent to join our team.
That’s why we’re looking for a Real Estate Agent who thrives on networking and connecting people. In this role, you’ll help grow our reach by building trust, nurturing partnerships, and bringing in opportunities and assist them in connecting with prospective buyers or tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and refer potential buyers, tenants, and property owners to our platform. Actively reaching them out, build and maintain strong network through regular communication and follow-up.
- Understanding the needs and preferences of potential clients to ensure they are matched and met.
- Maintaining accurate listing records, including client details.
- Utilizing various marketing channels to promote our real estate services and digital platform.
- Adhering to ethical standards and industry regulations related to agent practices.
- Travel with buyers to visit property sites and provide on-site guidance.
- Capture high-quality pictures and videos (360 virtual tour scans) of property sites for promotional purposes
- Assist in connecting property owners with prospective buyers or tenants.
- Provide basic guidance to clients regarding property listings and our platform’s features.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, or architect, civil engineer, construction technology and management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in civil engineer, construction technology and management.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and the local property market is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft application.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and mobile applications for managing referrals and client interactions.
- Ability to use social media and other online tools for marketing and lead generation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with property owners, buyers, tenants, and team members.
