This role requires managing a wide range of responsibilities,

• We are looking for a strong, agile individual with 3- 5 years of experience to lead our HR department.
•  including attendance and documentation, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring a positive, productive environment for all employees. 
• You will be expected to work collaboratively with department heads and senior management to align HR strategies with our business goals.
