Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a Sales Head on behalf of a private company.

The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and managing key customer and distributor relationships

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate a sales team.
• Expand market share through new client acquisition and distributor management.
• Monitor performance, analyze sales data, and report on KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and brand visibility.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 3+ years of sales experience, including in a leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Furniture.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to deliver results in competitive markets.
