Job Summary

The Manager, Sales Department, under the General Manager's supervision, manages company distribution, sales activities, customer fulfillment, and revenue collection, collaborating with Accounts and Finance Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling company's distribution and sales activities.
• Setting and monitoring sales targets.
• Ensuring efficient and timely product delivery.
• Executing distribution schedules as per sales plan and customer demand.
• Receiving and analyzing production orders.
• Collecting and analyzing sales data and customer feedback.
• Negotiating business terms with agents and intermediaries.
• Opening new product distribution and sales outlets.
• Managing clerical activities, documentations, and database.
• Handling customer complaints and providing necessary interventions.
• Evaluating company's distribution network performance periodically.
• Preparing periodic plans and capital budgets.
• Conducting performance evaluation of subordinate employees.
• Preparing and submitting periodic reports on Division activities.
• Performing other related tasks as required.

Job requirements include a second degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Management, Finance, or related field, 7-6 years of related work experience in social science or technology, and 3/2 years in supervisory/senor expertise position or A first degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Management, or related field, 8-7 years related work experience, and 3 years in supervisory/senor expertise position.
