Job Summary
We are seeking a Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation officer shall report to the GM and is mainly responsible for the Program Planning, monitoring, evaluation. S/he will particularly be responsible for the following duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Take lead in the process of strategic planning and periodic programme,
- Assess programme impacts and oversee the methods (approaches) used in obtaining measurable results
- Prepare planning, monitoring and evaluation system documents including summary statement of needs, supplementary and emergency requests as required,
- Responsible for the preparation of reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) quarterly monitoring reports, annual reports and other
- Will collaboration with HR to Provide training (skills development) to selected staff,
- Experience in conducting training on Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation systems and procedures.
- Develop/maintain the IMS manual, policies, SOPs, work instructions, forms, and records control.
- Establish document control: numbering, versioning, approval workflow, access, and retention.
- Gap-assess current practices vs. ISO clauses; create and drive a time-bound action plan to close gaps.
- Prepare certification/ surveillance audit plans and coordinate with certification bodies.
- Develop the annual internal audit program based on risk and process performance.
- Train internal auditors; lead/perform process and product audits.
- Run data reviews, trend analysis, and trigger corrective or improvement actions.
- Coordinate periodic Management Reviews (agenda, inputs, minutes, action tracker).
- Cascade IMS objectives/targets to departments; monitor progress and report variance.
- Be the focal point for certification bodies, regulators, and customers on QMS/EMS/FSMS queries.
- Coordinate external audits and ensure timely closure of findings.

Qualifications and Experience
- BA in Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration or related field of study
- 5 years relevant work experience out of which 2 years in manufacturing industry.
- Auditor certifications (trained and certified) (ISO 9001 Lead/Internal; plus 14001/22000/41001 as relevant).
