Job Mission 

To facilitate Agile Scrum processes, ensuring effective team collaboration, continuous delivery, and alignment with project goals by removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Job Description 

We are seeking a proactive Scrum Master with at least 2 years of experience to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. You will coach the team on Agile best practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and work closely with the product manager and product owners to maximize team productivity and project success. Main Duties and Responsibilities 

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 
• Coach the development team and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum framework. 
• Identify and remove impediments blocking the team’s progress. 
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized. 
• Track and report team progress and performance metrics. 
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high team morale. 
• Support cross-team coordination and communication. 
• Help teams maintain sustainable pace and deliver quality work. 

Job Requirements 

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. 
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile teams. 
• Ability to identify and resolve team impediments. 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development teams. 
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. 
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile teams. 
• Ability to identify and resolve team impediments. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
