What You Will Do
- Supervise and coordinate planning and business control section
- Ensure optimization of company resource in terms of cost
- Responsible for periodic management reports, and loading reportings to the group (Closing, budget, R1, monthly sales and production volume…).
- Prepare budget regarding the variable cost by coordinating with all department
- Produce a monthly report for variance analysis, profitability, follow up, control budget vs actual, evaluate KPI.
- Assure cost analysis and contribution margin per brands are properly done.
- Control and ensure compliance of company sales procedure, price policy.
- Ensure the procurement process are per the set company policy.
- Control company property/ asset management.
- Run monthly stock recalculation and check the accuracy of moving average cost
- Control stock adjustment, write-off, disposal as per the procedure.
- Ensure and control the efficient and accuracy of company warehouse and inventory stock.
- Plan and control surprise physical count
- Responsible to provide for all financial management information required for strategic business decision (capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations…).
- Keep the confidentiality of financial information
- Manage, plan and direct the staff to ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Evaluate staff performance based on KPI and objectives
- Work closely with the ERP IT team in the adoption of the new ERP system and improve business capabilities and processes relations to Stocks and analytical costs.
- Work closely with the IT team the use of BI for the financial information
- Take part to Finance action plan.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
- Good knowledge of accounting and business control
- Good knowledge of the company, its businesses and culture.

- Mastery of office 365 tools and BI (Business Intelligence) tools
- The position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Management with a concentration in Finance and Chartered Certified. Accountant (CA/CMA/ ACCA /CPA) qualifications preferred
- 10 years’ hands-on professional experience in audit and as head of accounting (but at least 5 years in a managerial position)
