Job Overview 

Ramada by Wyndham Addis is seeking an experienced and professional Front Office Manager for a new hotel opening in Addis under the Ramada management team.

Location of Interview: Ramada HR Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk, including guest check-in/check-out procedures
  • Make sure all front-line staff, reception, reservation, concierge and telephone operators are providing a high standard of service.
  • Control guest transportation requirements and oversee vehicle availability.
  • Ensure all front office management operation is in line with the hotel policy.
  • Provide high degree of professional service to arriving and departing guests.
  • Handle guest complains in a professional manner.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager, or in a similar customer service/administrative role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
