Job Overview
Ramada by Wyndham Addis is seeking an experienced and professional Front Office Manager for a new hotel opening in Addis under the Ramada management team.
Location of Interview: Ramada HR Office
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk, including guest check-in/check-out procedures
- Make sure all front-line staff, reception, reservation, concierge and telephone operators are providing a high standard of service.
- Control guest transportation requirements and oversee vehicle availability.
- Ensure all front office management operation is in line with the hotel policy.
- Provide high degree of professional service to arriving and departing guests.
- Handle guest complains in a professional manner.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager, or in a similar customer service/administrative role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
