We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Life Science Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in life sciences and a passion for building client relationships, driving sales, and contributing to impactful scientific events and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and advertising solutions tailored to the life sciences sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in biotech, pharma, diagnostics, and research institutions
- Understand client needs and recommend customized event and media solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client campaigns and activations
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide consultative value
- Prepare regular sales reports and meet or exceed performance targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales is an asset , account management, or business development—preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with scientific and commercial stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital platforms
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to client engagement and market growth
- Multilingual is an advantage
Work Experience
3–5 years of experience in B2B, B2C sales, account management, or business development within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors
- Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions such as event sponsorships, scientific services, or media packages to technical and commercial stakeholders
- Experience working with clients such as research institutions, diagnostic companies, or scientific product vendors
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
- Familiarity with scientific communication, regulatory landscapes, and product launch cycles is highly desirable
