Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver innovative insurance solutions.

Salary: Gross 25,000 ETB

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.

• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team in achieving individual and team targets.

• Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s client base.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high-quality customer service.

Requirements

• BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in sales or business development (insurance industry experience is an advantage).

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• High level of professionalism, reliability, and results orientation.
