Description:

Leapfrog Software Technology Africa PLC, a Safaricom authorized distributor, is hiring Outdoor Sales for its Enterprise Business Unit. The role involves field sales of Safaricom’s EBU products, customer acquisition, and relationship management to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Conduct field visits to acquire new customers and maintain existing ones. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Report sales activities and market feedback to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 0–2 years of outdoor/field sales experience (telecom preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-drivenwith the ability to work under minimal supervision.
