At its final investment stage, MSA Group is acquiring state-of-the-art technology, with River Valley Edible Oil Industry becoming one of the largest edible oil processing and fully automated refinery plants in Ethiopia and Africa.

The company is now finalizing licensing, commissioning, and testing, with operations planned to begin in mid-October 2025. As part of this exciting growth, we are seeking qualified professionals to join our team.

• Position: Export Manager
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa
• Number of Positions: 1
• Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new sales leads and potential international markets for soya meal, lecithin, edible oil, and related products
• Negotiate and close sales contracts with international clients
• Coordinate shipments and logistics for overseas orders
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop global expansion strategies
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Ensure excellent customer service and support for international clients

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in export sales or international business
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, compliance, and logistics
• Ability to coordinate shipments, manage international clients, and monitor global market trends
