• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 6–8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, including minimum 3 years in marketing leadership
• Proven track record of achieving sales and marketing targets, preferably in the FMCG sector
• Experience in new product development and successful product launches
• Demonstrated success as a Marketing Manager
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills
