Purpose of the Job:
To ensure that there is a proper logistics and distribution system to distribute the products of the company and administering company vehicles to Provide effective service for departments and employees of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily occupation plan for inter-plant transfer of Addis Agents delivery and follow up execution.
- Prepare daily trip reports.
- Prepare monthly trip reports of drivers for incentive purposes.
- Prepare fuel consumption reports.
- Prepare empty collection plans from Agents and follow up execution.
- Prepare transport reimbursement payment for Sub-agents.
- Submit monthly mileage report.
- Manage people (vehicle drivers).
- Receive and report non-conforming products from the Agents.
- Submit breakage reports from Agents.
- Manage Warehouses during interim assignment in the absence of Customer Service Manager.
- Avail trucks for departments as per their request.
- Coordinate distribution of products.
- Monitor daily GPS report.
- Make sure that all Vehicles are ready to give service for internal customers
- Responsible to control the fuel budget and Fuel consumption of every vehicle.
- Provide rented cars for sales officials based on company eligibility matrix
- Control the fuel consumption of rented vehicles and Prepare report
- Request, follow up and process the payment of Credit fuel consumption and monthly car rent payment.
- Inform supplier whenever an issue on rented car.
- Keeping records and documentations in compliance with the standards.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
