Job Summary

Processing of payments, ensuring they align with organizational policies, financial regulations, and contractual terms, while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with various departments, vendors, and clients. Key responsibilities include verifying payment requests, processing transactions, ensuring proper documentation, maintaining financial records, and contributing to audits and reporting.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of payment requests
• Process payments and disbursements
• Verify documentation and approvals to support disbursements
• Monitor and reconcile disbursement transactions
• Manage petty cash and other cash accounts
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of disbursement activities
• Ensure all payments are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with approved terms and conditions
• Preparing payment vouchers and processing payments.
• Checking incoming receipts and other financial documents.
• Coding and recording financial expenditures in accounting systems.
• Maintaining petty cash and preparing related payments
   

Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is often required
Experience: A minimum of five years of experience or more in finance
