Position Overview

The Senior Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to promote tent and event material rental services. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, attracting new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to maximize business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Promotion

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) for event rentals.
• Create promotional materials (flyers, social media posts, banners, etc.).
• Manage the company’s social media pages and online presence.
• Organize product demonstrations and promotional events.

2. Client Relationship & Sales

• Identify and approach potential clients (wedding planners, hotels, corporate organizations, NGOs, government institutions).
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and present rental service proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.

3. Market Research & Strategy

• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.
• Recommend new marketing ideas, packages, and services to attract customers.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.

4. Team Leadership & Coordination

• Guide and support junior marketing staff in daily activities.
• Coordinate with logistics, store, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Report regularly to management on marketing performance and targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing (event rental or service industry preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Creative, result-oriented, and customer-focused.

Working Conditions

• Office and field-based role with frequent client visits.
• Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on event schedules.
