General Mission
Manage and follow up the end-to-end sales transaction, coordinate and engage team members to achieve the sales objectives of the company and contributes to cross functional actions to enhance the performance of the company.
Main Duties and tasks
- Guide and motivate internal sales team to meet their sales target
- Provide Strategic direction for external sales agents to drive sales.
- Oversee sales activities to ensure the sales teams are on the right track.
- Make sure that the sales agents are reporting as per the requirement of the company
- Ensure that all infrastructures and required promotional materials are readily available for the sales team.
- Undertake negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform regular Follow-ups for all his/her assigned prospects and ensure all sales teams are doing the same
- Search potential customers and generate leads.
- Work with the Sales team, Sales Director/ Marketing Director/Executive team to develop sales strategies, review their practicality and revise if necessary.
- Responsible for generating daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports and submit them on timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints and make sure customer complaints are resolved as quickly as possible.
- Coordinate, lead and participate field visit for prospects.
- Remind and collect Client payment from buyers.
- Monitor competitor’s sales activities and come up with better sales strategies.
- Identify current trends and support the Executive team to come up with better offer.
- Engaged in all related activity which will be assigned by immediate supervisor.
BA Degree in Sales and marketing/ business/ management or any other related fields with at least 6/8-year proven experience in as sales positions in multi-culture setting organizations.
