Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including financial statement preparation, general ledger management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
• Reconcile complex accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role.
• At least 3 years of experience as an expert or in a specialized accounting function.
