Dabi Hotel & Apartments is looking for a creative and technically skilled professional to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and grow our digital presence while providing reliable IT support to staff and guests.

Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the hotel and apartments.
• Manage and grow the hotel’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create, design, and edit videos, graphics, and promotional materials for social media, website, and digital campaigns.
• Oversee website updates, SEO optimization, and online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Strengthen the hotel’s presence on online travel agencies (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.).
• Run email marketing campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, ensuring positive brand reputation.
• Track and report on digital campaign performance and ROI.

IT Support

• Provide basic IT support for hotel staff and guests (Wi-Fi, printers, devices, and software troubleshooting).
• Ensure smooth functioning of Cnet hotel management software and provide staff assistance.
• Maintain hotel IT systems, networks, and email services.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for advanced troubleshooting and upgrades.
• Ensure data protection, system backups, and IT security protocols.

• 1–2 years’ proven experience in digital marketing and IT support within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, and online marketing tools.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital ad platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Cnet hotel management software is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting (networks, hardware, and software).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Education & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, IT, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing, IT Support, or Multimedia Design are an advantage.
• Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
