Ensure the proper functioning, safety, and efficiency of all hotel equipment, systems, and facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel equipment (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, elevators, etc.).
- Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Repair or replace defective parts, equipment, and appliances.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts used, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies.
- Support in setting up and maintaining systems for energy efficiency and cost-saving.
- Assist other departments with technical support when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel maintenance, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Strong electrical and mechanical background (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and equipment).
- Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
Education & Skills:
- Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance Engineering.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/manuals.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
