Ensure the proper functioning, safety, and efficiency of all hotel equipment, systems, and facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel equipment (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, elevators, etc.).
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Repair or replace defective parts, equipment, and appliances.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts used, and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies.
• Support in setting up and maintaining systems for energy efficiency and cost-saving.
• Assist other departments with technical support when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel maintenance, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
• Strong electrical and mechanical background (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and equipment).
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Education & Skills:

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance Engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/manuals.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Team player with good communication skills.
