Head of IT

Main Responsibilities:

• Manages correct implementation of ERP system.
• Ensure continued good use of ERP system
• General fixing of printers etc. in office.
• Implementing IT security measures.
• Offer technical support to company staff and  troubleshoot computer problems.
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.

Job requirements

• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, such as computer science, information technology or computer engineering.
• At least four years’ experience in a related field.
• Software proficiency: Knowledge of specific operating systems.
• Data Analysis: Skills in using tools like excel.
• Expertise in setting up, administering, and maintaining network systems.
• Skills in protecting systems and networks from cyber threats.
