Supervise the hotel’s overnight operations, ensuring smooth functioning, guest satisfaction, financial reporting, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front office, housekeeping, and security teams during the night shift.
- Perform night audit duties, reconciling daily accounts and financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit end-of-day financial and occupancy reports to management.
- Handle guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and special requests professionally.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor hotel security and emergency procedures throughout the night.
- Ensure staff follow hotel policies, grooming, and service standards.
- Act as the hotel’s representative during the night, making executive decisions when required.
- Brief the morning management team on key overnight incidents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Night Manager or supervisory role in the hotel industry.
- Strong finance and reporting skills with the ability to execute and run night audits.
- Ability to handle guest relations professionally during late hours.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Education & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (IDS software preferred).
- Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
