Oversee all Food & Beverage (F&B) operations to deliver high-quality dining experiences while maximizing revenue and maintaining cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
- Develop and update menus in collaboration with chefs, ensuring variety and profitability.
- Maintain high service standards, ensuring staff provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor F&B costs, implement inventory controls, and reduce wastage.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate F&B staff performance.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Develop marketing strategies and promotions to increase F&B revenue.
- Prepare and analyze departmental budgets, sales reports, and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage management in a reputable hotel.
- Strong leadership, staff management, and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, menu planning, and cost control.
- Experience with IDS or other hotel software is an advantage.
Education & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to train and motivate staff to achieve service excellence.
