Manage the financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, profitability, and sustainable financial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and hotel policies.
- Monitor cost control measures and recommend strategies to maximize profitability.
- Supervise daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
- Support department heads with budget planning and expense tracking.
- Generate timely financial reports for management and owners.
- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.
- Train and lead the finance team with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in hotel and hospitality industry finance.
- Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting skills.
- Experience with hotel management systems (IDS software is advantageous).
- Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Education & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s/CPA/ACCA is an advantage).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
