Roles & Responsibility

• Develops the maintenance strategy in line with the operation strategy and business need.
• Plan, design, and oversee engineering projects (e.g., process line expansions, equipment installation, utilities, and automation).
• Develop project scope, timelines, cost estimates, and resource requirements.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs for equipment and installations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure technical compliance and timely delivery.
• Monitor project execution, ensuring alignment with safety standards, GMP, and company procedures.
• Identify opportunities to optimize production processes (energy efficiency, water consumption, raw material utilization).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in line with Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions for recurring equipment or process issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and handover of completed projects to operations and maintenance teams.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, quality assurance, and procurement teams.
• Provide technical input during vendor selection, equipment purchases, and installation.
• Train operators and maintenance staff on new systems and equipment
• Ensure all project activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions before project commissioning.
• Maintain strict adherence to GMP, ISO, and other industry quality standards

Requirement

• Minimum 3–5 years of engineering/project management experience in FMCG, preferably in soap, detergent, or chemical manufacturing
• Electrical & Mechanical specialist knowledge in basic

• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and HSE standards
