Purpose of the Job:
To enhance customer service excellence by introducing and customizing service quality monitoring models, setting the standards, and continuously monitoring service delivery and customer interactions with Nisir.

Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Regularly assess key resource opportunity areas and identify deposit customers from all segments.
- Conduct feasibility study at National level for possible resource mobilization initiatives and for specific projects at branch level;
- Assist in the development of proposals to mobilize resources; Provide technical support and advice to branches to their business development schemes; Studies and proposes feasible business arrangement to be implemented by head office organs & branches;
- Conduct customer profitability analysis, proposes business development ideas and conduct researches that ensure the sustainability and growth of resource and resource base of Nisir;
- Collaborate with Branch in designing appropriate offer for high-value customers
- Work with Customer Experience Management Expert to identify customer care management system and continually identify new ways of improving relationship for up selling and targets new high-value customers;
- Identifies and takes up opportunities to influence corporate prospects’ priorities, through proactive relationship development. Identifies and solicits potential customers to extend their willingness to work with Nisir;
- Identify and sniff-out valuable opportunities that can attract high-net-worth individuals and companies and act fast to foster new relationship
- Determine how customer’s immediate needs lead to future sales potential, builds relationships and nurtures customer base.
- Detect, qualify, route, and communicate sales-ready leads to Branches.
- Provide technical advice on how to uncovers new opportunities to generate new customer and resource that adds value to the business.
- Utilize key measurement and analytics resources to advise on market, targeting, budgeting and sales.
- Monitor the whole process of lead generation to lead conversion by front office team and reporting on lead status.
- Evaluate new customer, work face-to-face with stakeholders on site to gather strategically relevant information and support the front office team in the conversion of these leads.
- Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website, and lead-generating forms.
- Optimize marketing’s conversion paths and rates overall and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team.
- Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate and increase funnel marketing efficiencies.
- Work in tandem with direct sales representatives to identify opportunities within the Branch area.
Qualification and Experience required
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting or related fields with three (3) years for a Master`s and four (4) years for a Bachelor of relevant experience, respectively.
- Professional Qualification: Strong Analytical Skill
