Job Description:

•  We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Production Manager to lead our TETV Department. The ideal candidate must have:
• A minimum of two years of proven experience in production management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
•  Deep knowledge of the business industry to align content with our media focus
• The Production Manager will oversee and optimize the production process, ensuring high-quality output, operational efficiency, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process within the TETV Department
• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of television production, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
• Oversee the procurement and maintenance of production equipment and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during production.
• Monitor and report on production progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Manage a team of production staff, assign tasks, and ensure optimal workflow.
• Lead and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance production quality and efficiency.
