Job Description:

Adm Business PLC, a leading importer and diversified business in Ethiopia, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will lead sales operations, drive business growth, and build strong client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage, guide, and mentor the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or Business Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and leadership abilities.
• Result-oriented with strategic thinking skills.
