Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to manage front office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure our office runs efficiently. This role combines in-office responsibilities with outdoor duties, so strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a professional communication style are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Communication – Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Administrative Support – Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Record Keeping – Maintain visitor logs, files, and accurate administrative records.
- Office Supply & Stock Management – Consistently monitor, purchase, and restock essentials including water, printer paper, tissues, and bathroom supplies.
- Messenger Duties – Run errands for office needs and ensure timely delivery of supplies and courier services.
- Mail & Deliveries – Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Office Maintenance – Keep reception and shared spaces tidy and welcoming.
- Confidentiality & Support – Handle sensitive information with discretion and support staff as needed.

Qualifications
Experience
- 2+ years as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite.
