• Reports:-to the Plant Manager or Operations Manager.
• Salary: Negotiation.
• Language proficiency; Afaan Oromo, English and Amharic
• Duty Station; Oromiya/Gelan at plant site 

 Educational Back ground:-  

• Diploma /BA/BSc in business administration/chemical engineering/Biology or as food science, agriculture, business, or a related field.

Work Experience:-

• 10 years and above work experience in coffee processing industry.

 Other Skills and Qualification:-

• Basic Microsoft computer Skill, internet usage, power point,
• ERP Qualifications
• Proven work experience as a coffee processing Machine Operator
• In-depth knowledge of coffee processing and the coffee industry
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to optimize production processes
