About the Role
Abbay TV is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding market presence through effective leadership, strategy, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Set clear individual and team sales goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Organize continuous training on selling techniques, market trends, and product knowledge.
- Develop annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Design innovative advertising packages and seasonal promotions.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and emerging markets.
- Monetize all prime-time shows effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and key partners.
- Acquire new clients while developing loyalty programs for long-term partners.
- Resolve client queries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and adjust strategies as needed.
- Track ad slot utilization and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Oversee lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, and deal closures.
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely and high-quality ad campaign execution.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a sales Manager (media sales experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
