Marindos Consultancy, a leading provider of financial, tax, audit, HR, and business advisory services, is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team
Educational Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of practical experience in accounting roles (preferably in consultancy, audit firms, or service industry).
Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Peachtree/Sage, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
- Strong MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate financial reports and budgets.
Soft Skills:
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills in both Amharic and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
