Marindos Consultancy, a leading provider of financial, tax, audit, HR, and business advisory services, is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team

Educational Qualification:

• BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of practical experience in accounting roles (preferably in consultancy, audit firms, or service industry).

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Peachtree/Sage, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
• Strong MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to prepare accurate financial reports and budgets.

Soft Skills:

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills in both Amharic and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
