1. Assist the procurement team in identifying procurement needs, sourcing suppliers, and obtaining quotes for goods and services required by the organization. 

2. Help establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors. Coordinate with them to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.

3. Generate purchase orders accurately, ensuring that all relevant information is included, such as product details, quantities, agreed-upon prices, and delivery timelines.

4. Assist in reviewing supplier contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and terms negotiated by the procurement team.

5. Collaborate with the inventory management team to monitor stock levels, track incoming shipments, and manage inventory data in the procurement system.

6. Support senior procurement officers in negotiating favorable pricing and terms with suppliers, aiming to achieve cost savings for the organization.

7. Adhere to procurement policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure ethical and transparent procurement practices.

8. Research potential suppliers, products, and market trends to stay informed about the latest developments and make informed purchasing decisions.

9. Assist in analyzing procurement data and generating reports to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making.

10. Suggest and implement process enhancements to streamline procurement activities, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
