We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The Accountant will also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making within the organization. Responsibilities: - Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll - Prepare financial statements and reports for management - Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making - Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Provide support for audits and tax filings - Develop and implement accounting procedures and controls - Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals and objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with action planning and account management is a plus
