• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. MBA or Postgraduate in Management is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management; expertise in plant commissioning/start-up; proficiency in WCM/TPM; OEE monitoring and cost optimization; customer audit exposure (breweries, tobacco, FMCG cartons
• 8–12+ years in folding-carton/offset operations, with proven track record on Bobst Nova-cut/Nova-fold machines( In Packaging & Labeling  products Manufacturing experience is a plus )
• TQM, FSMS, advanced leadership development, continuous improvement methodologies.
