Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving in-store sales, engaging customers through social media, and ensuring smooth order management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-store sales and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage and follow up on social media adverts across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram (engage with customers, answer queries, and build relationships).
• Plan and organize social media campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
• Deliver items to customers when required.
• Record and maintain accurate sales data.
• Keep detailed records of customers’ names, addresses, and purchase history.
• Track frequently requested items to expand and diversify product offerings.
• Monitor and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify customer needs and evaluate customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with finance and operations departments regarding customer orders and payment status.
• Ensure products are produced and delivered according to each customer's specifications.

Compensation

• Salary: Negotiable
• Attractive sales commission

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences.
• Mandatory prior experience as a Sales Officer or Marketing Manager in an import or merchandising company.
• Experience in sales of printing materials or electrical equipment is preferable.
