Permanent with 60 working  days probation period 

• B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) OR B.A. in Management/Accounting/Operations Management 
• Required Skills: Excellent English communication; computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems); knowledge of die-cut/fold SOPs; strong team leadership and coaching ability.
• Supervisory skills training, problem-solving & decision-making workshops, lean operations.
• Industrial attachment or final year project in a relevant field/Past Experience with the Printing & Packaging industry is advantageous
