Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a Corporate Chief Executive Officer (CEO)  on behalf of a private company that is engaged in import, export, commission agency, & Aluminum frame manufacturing and installation businesses.
 

The Corporate Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be Accountable for driving sustainable profitability, expanding market share, unlocking synergies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture, this role demands a dynamic leader with deep expertise in international trade, manufacturing, and commercial strategy

Report to           Board of Directors

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
• Reporting to the board, providing market insights, and strategic advice.
• Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency.
• Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
• Overseeing the company's business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures.
• Supervising, guiding, and delegating executives in their duties.
• Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.
• Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations.

• Building and enhancing the company's public profile at events, etc.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

10+ years of leadership experience, C-suite or senior executive role

Deep expertise in at least two of the following domains:

1. International import/export operations and global supply chain management
2. Commission agency or trade representation models
3. Manufacturing (preferably metal fabrication, construction materials, or aluminum processing)
