Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for studio recordings, live broadcasts, and field productions.
• Manage the scheduling and dispatch of vehicles, crew, and technical equipment.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and transport of cameras, lighting, sound, and broadcasting gear.
• Track and maintain inventory of media production equipment and office supplies.
• Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and transport companies for timely deliveries.
• Coordinate customs clearance and shipping arrangements for imported media equipment (if applicable).
• Monitor maintenance schedules for vehicles and technical gear to ensure readiness.
• Prepare regular logistics reports and provide support to production and technical teams.
• Work closely with  Human Resource ,Operation  managers, finance, to align logistics with broadcasting schedules.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience: Minimum > 5 years in logistics coordination, preferably in the media, entertainment, or events industry.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of fleet and equipment management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with logistics or inventory software is a plus.
  • Team management Skill is mandatory 
• Other: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel when required for broadcasts.
