Overview

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and customizing Dynamics365 CRM solutions, as well as integrating with external systems. This role requires both technical expertise and a strong understanding of CRM business processes.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).
Develop and deploy plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate flows.

Build and maintain integrations with external applications and APIs.

Create and manage custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, and reports.
Participate in requirement gathering and solution design workshops with functional consultants.
Ensure data migration and system upgrades are executed smoothly.
Provide technical support, debugging, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Follow best practices in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management.

Required Skills C Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
Proficiency in C# (plugins, custom workflows), JavaScript, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SQL Server.
Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure services.
Knowledge of security roles, business rules, and solution management.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git) for backlog and release management.
Experience with data migration tools (Kingsway Soft, SSIS, or equivalent).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
