Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute internal and external company events, meetings, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
- Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with internal departments, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage event communications, invitations, and promotional materials.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure all activities run as planned.
- Prepare post-event reports and evaluations to improve future events.
- B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting, in Hospitality or Hotel Management, Tourism Management or other Business-related fields.
- 2 years related work experience
