Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute internal and external company events, meetings, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
• Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Liaise with internal departments, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage event communications, invitations, and promotional materials.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure all activities run as planned.
• Prepare post-event reports and evaluations to improve future events.

• B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting, in Hospitality or Hotel Management, Tourism Management or other Business-related fields.
• 2 years related work experience
