• Managing changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Providing customer support related to ticketing issues.
• Ensuring compliance with travel policies and regulations.

Interested service providers are requested to submit their proposals including:

• Service charges/price list
• Accreditation/license information
• Contact details

• Proven experience in airline ticketing and travel services.
• Competitive pricing with transparent service charges.
• Ability to handle urgent bookings.
• Professional customer service.
