What you will be responsible for

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu requirements and customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Perform cleaning duties in the office, kitchen, dining area, and other designated spaces.
• Clean and sanitize office spaces, desks, common areas, and restrooms regularly.
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or needs for restocking.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

How you will stand out:

• Technical (TVT) certificate in Catering or Housekeeping,
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Cooker/Cleaner preferably in Catering or Hotel sector;
• Good Verbal Communication, Kitchen Equipment Knowledge
• Proficiency in Chinese language or basic communication skills in Chinese is advantageous.
• Excellent inter personnel skills and able to work in a team
• Willingness and ability to be flexible
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently in both kitchen and office environments.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
