Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and well-connected Credited Facilitator for Construction Materials to support our procurement and material supply operations. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between our company and authorized construction material suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, competitive pricing, and quality materials for our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage credited suppliers and manufacturers of construction materials such as cement, steel, sand, aggregates, bricks, tiles, electrical, plumbing, etc.

• Facilitate material supply contracts and ensure alignment with the company procurement policies.

• Negotiate competitive rates, credit terms, and delivery schedules.

• Ensure quality standards and certifications are met for all supplied materials.

• Maintain strong relationships with both vendors and internal project managers to ensure seamless coordination.

• Track supply chain performance and resolve any delivery or quality issues.

• Stay updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and new suppliers.

• Provide regular reports on supplier engagement and material procurement status

• Proven experience in construction material procurement, sales, or supply chain (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Strong network of credible and certified material suppliers.
• Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of construction material quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendor relationships.
• Own conveyance and willingness to travel locally as needed.
