Position Summary
The Senior Sales and Marketing Officer plays a key role in driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of IT products and services. This position requires a proven ability to build strong client relationships, manage vendor partnerships, and execute effective marketing campaigns that enhance V-Tech Solutions’ market presence and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote IT and security solutions, including enterprise software, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure products.
- Identify new market opportunities, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborate with technical and management teams to ensure alignment between client needs and solution offerings.
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives such as digital campaigns, events, and product launches to strengthen brand visibility.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, solution pitches, and value propositions to C-level executives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (Minimum GPA: 3.0).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing of IT products and services.
- Preferred Expertise:
- Demonstrated success in selling enterprise software, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and managing vendor ecosystems (e.g., IBM, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft).

- Strong sales acumen with a focus on solution-based selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
