Position Summary
The Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for deploying, managing, and supporting enterprise-level IT and security solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise with major global technology vendors and the ability to lead complex technical projects from planning to implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and support of enterprise IT and security solutions.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, incident resolution, and technical support for clients.
- Design, implement, and document end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions.
- Manage multiple technical projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and technical training sessions for client teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, products, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, ICT, or a related field (Minimum GPA: 3.0).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience working with major IT vendors such as IBM, Imperva, F5, Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, or equivalent.
- Certifications: Advanced certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNP, HCIP, NSE4, or similar) are highly desirable.
Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in deploying and supporting enterprise-level IT infrastructure and security solutions.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Deep understanding of networking, cybersecurity, servers, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and client engagement skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior technical staff.
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
